Our digital geeks have scoured the interwebs and have compiled a list of our 10 favorite tech gadgets for 2016. From gaming, entertaining, health, and even the kitchen – you’re sure to find something interesting on this list for your beloved geek.

NES Classic Edition

Nintendo is known for being able to make a comeback every year by re-imagining their classic console or re-introducing their nostalgic games. 2016 is no different. This palm-sized console is plug-and-play ready, with 30 classic games like Donkey Kong, Mario Bros, Castlevania, Kirby’s Adventure, and selling for $60. That’s $2 per game – well worth it if you’re a retro game fanatic. Caution: you may want to purchase another controller, as the console comes with one. Let’s face it, isn’t Super Mario more fun with a Luigi?

Side note: Since its November 11th release, the NES Classic has been completely sold out. There’s no word yet on when Nintendo will restock the product, but it’s likely it will be soon in anticipation for the holiday season. Keep your eyes peeled, and don’t give in to those eBay flippers!
